Previous Entry Add to Memories Share Next Entry
Ole Miss coach Ed Orgeron says today's scrimmage, the first of August practice, will be open to the public and will begin at 3 p.m. at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

Practices are closed as a rule, although Orgeron sprinkled in a couple of open workouts in the spring.

The Rebels also worked out inside the stadium this afternoon.

Orgeron singled out the play of freshman wide receiver Shay Hodge, freshman kicker Joshua Shene and redshirt freshman kicker Justin Sparks.

If you have a question for Ed, post it here, and I'll take a few to him Saturday.

Question for Coach O

(Link)

What will our offensive stategy be this year? Will we try to run the ball and control the clock or will we open up the offense, take some chances and let our QB make plays?

Recruiting Class Question

(Link)

What are we doing different this year to retain our freshmen players? I lost track of how many we lost from last year's class.

Exactly how many did we lose?

Powe

What are the odds that Powe will be wearing the Red and Blue this year? If he doesn't, where will he end up?

Sticking to 1 QB?

(Link)

Ask Coach O if he learned something about sticking with one QB through good times and bad times during a game or should we prepare to see musical QBs again?
